The Life Skills Programme was established in 2006 and is open to service users and adults (men and women) ,in the wider community , at risk of social isolation. A variety of modules are offered, such as;
Budgeting
Cooking
Coping Skills
Computer Literacy
Photography
This programme also acts as a referral agent to other local services, i.e Adult Guidance Service, MABS and Counselling services.
The aim is to equip adults with the skills needed to maintain their accommodation, while focusing on building self esteem and enriching their lives as a whole.

The Veg Shed
The Veg Shed project is a community garden which grows produce which can be enjoyed in the Centre or in the participants' own accommodation. It provides a social outlet for residents of the Centre and adults (men and women), in the wider community, at risk of social isolation.
